Privacy isn't a setting. It's the design.
A team will only let its guard down if it trusts the room. So we built Pauso to collect as little as possible and to show managers nothing personal — on purpose, not as an afterthought.
Zero recording, ever
Pauso joins your call to guide a breathwork session and then leaves. It never records audio or video. There is no recording to leak, subpoena, or review.
No transcripts, no storage
Nothing said during a session is transcribed, stored, or analysed. The session isn't a meeting we minute — it's a moment we hold space for.
Aggregate-only for managers
People leaders see participation and trends for the team as a whole — never who attended, who skipped, or who said what. And we never surface a stat for fewer than 5 people.
Work email only
Access is gated to verified work-email domains. Pauso is for your team, not the open internet — no personal-account sprawl, no strangers in the room.
What we keep — and what we never touch.
What Pauso keeps
- That a session ran, when, and for how long
- How many people joined (a count)
- Your team's streak and minutes practiced
- Your work email, to verify your domain
What Pauso never touches
- Audio or video of the session
- Who joined, or any per-person attendance
- A transcript of anything said
- Personal data we'd ever sell or rent
