A team will only let its guard down if it trusts the software. So we built Pauso to collect as little as possible and to show managers nothing personal, on purpose, not as an afterthought.
No recordings, ever
A Pauso session has no microphone and no camera. We never record audio or video; there is nothing to record, leak, subpoena, or review.
Aggregate-only for managers
People leaders see participation and trends for the team as a whole, never who attended or who skipped. And we never surface a stat for fewer than 5 people.
Work-email SSO only
Access is gated to sign-in with a verified work email (Google or Microsoft SSO). Pauso is for your team, not the open internet. No strangers in your sessions.
Your data stays minimal
We keep only what the product needs: who you are, your org, your session links, and attendance. No mic, no camera, no chat means there is nothing else to keep.
What we keep, and what we never touch.
What Pauso keeps
- That a session ran, when, and for how long
- Your own attendance and completion, visible to you
- Your team’s streak and minutes practiced
- Your work email, to verify your domain
What Pauso never touches
- Audio or video of the session
- Per-person attendance shown to managers
- Anything from a mic or camera (a session has neither)
- Personal data we’d ever sell or rent
